The Office of the Richmond County Clerk is a Passport application acceptance facility to the rules and regulations of the United States Department of State.
THIS OFFICE DOES NOT HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO WAIVE OR ALTER THOSE REGULATIONS

IMPORTANT

Two (2) Forms of Payment are Required

1. Fee for Passport Book/Card: Check or Money Order, payable to "U.S. Department of State"

2. Execution Fee: Cash (U.S. Currency) or Money Order, payable to "Richmond County Clerk"

THIS OFFICE DOES NOT ACCEPT DEBIT/CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
